Parents & Students can utilize the JumpRope grading platform to access:

- Student Attendance

-Grades

-Missing work in real time

Grades are updated by teachers weekly, and JumpRope allows you to reach out directly to any teachers.

To access JumpRope:

• You are to type your child's first name, afterwards add a period (.), then type the last name, finally ending it with @khels.org . For example: firstname.lastname@khels.org (john.joe@khels.org)
• The password: Is your child's OSIS/ID number. For example: 012345678

If you cannot access, please reach out to Parent Coordinator Mr. Kevin to reset the login.

Students utilize google classroom to:

-Manage, complete, and submit assignments

-Interact with Teachers

-See which assignments are missing

-Track classroom performance

To gain access to google classroom, students use their DOE login credentials (Username: ______@nycstudents.net & Password was created by Mr. Kevin or Mr. Lyle). If students cannot remember their username and/or password, be sure to contact Parent Coordinator Mr. Kevin or Assistant Principal Lyle to help with regaining access.

Parents utilize NYC Schools Account (NYCSA) to: 

• To track attendance
• View report cards, transcripts, and assessments (test scores)
• View & update contact information & other digital forms
• Arrange bus transportation
• Request for Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and other learning services

The website & app can be translated in 9 languages other than English.

Not only can you track your student’s academic process, but you can also view other academic resources to support your student & family.

If you have not set up your account, please reach out to Parent Coordinator Mr. Kevin for your Access Creation Code, or click the link provided and follow the step-by-step instructions to create a portal.
